SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES: We make every effort to ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and product availability.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the United Arab Emirates, while expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, customs clearance delays, or other factors beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING: We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order online and stay updated on its delivery status.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: We currently only ship within the United Arab Emirates. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not currently offer international shipping.

SHIPPING FEES: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING: We offer free standard shipping on orders over AED 500 within the United Arab Emirates.
